After trying to get them to stop charging me for their in app purchases which were never requested. It has come to the point of closing the bank account to get it to stop. Absolutely criminal and ridiculous

F******CKKK ! I just swiped on who could have potentially been the LOML! I accidentally skipped her thinking I was going to see more pictures, make a back button! But dont put doubles and make her pop up again because sometimes I really do mean to swipe on a 13 year old saying she 18. Thank you.

Its annoying everytime you try to read new messages and when u got back it brings u all the way to the top... even if u have a bunch of messages to read u have to scroll all the way back down... and I wish they had an option for messages only! Plz fix!!!

New update seems to take away functionality rather than add. The most notable one, as mentioned by others, is that photos are cropped with zero ability to zoom in. The profile details section seems very in the way. It is overwhelming the profile page. While the layout is not horrible, it would be nice to be able to lower or minimize the details all together and have the FULL photo as was the case before. The photos are what makes the app and it seems too much emphasis was placed on the details section of the profile.

You cant fully see the pictures anymore or zoom at them.

You changed it so that the pictures are all square now and you cant zoom anymore. If youre going to make an app more like tinder, dont take all the bad parts.

I love this app but I hate the new update. I wish it was the way it was before. ~~~~~~~~~~ Its been about a month with this stupid, ugly update and I have stopped using hot or not. I hate the new layout and Im not going to use the app till the fix the layout.

This app really works, Ive been with my girlfriend for 6 months so far and Ive really loved it.

App is still great overall in concept, but the new format change has caused a loss of visibility of pictures, which defeats the purpose of the app.

App is super slow and essentially broken. Aesthetic update made things harder to find and overall the experience is worse.

The new update makes it hard to look at profiles, scroll through pictures, and has effectively slowed the apps flow down significantly. On top of that, the many different filters you could use on your matches are no longer available which isnt helpful as you have to tap through each profile to see who is on and who isnt.

app no longer shows people in my area, only come across people from out of state when swiping through. minimized picture size. new update made app overall less appealing.

Yall need a way to challenge the moderation on the photos, I literally took a selfie of myself on the app and it said I had friends in it, regardless of the fact it was just me
